This technical support centre gives access to:
- a knowledge database: a search engine enabling you to perform targeted searches by filling in a simple form in order to consult all the information (articles, processes, advice, tips, etc.) available on a particular subject including information discussed in the Déjà Vu newsgroups;
- FAQs (frequently asked questions) for each user category;
- a mailing list allowing you to join a very active community of Déjà Vu users, to communicate with other people in the same job sharing their knowledge.
The ATRIL site contains, among other resources:
- a Documentation section allowing you to download very detailed installation guides and complete user manuals;
- a Downloads section giving access to free DVX updates, published roughly every six months. Because these updates provide improvements to existing program functions eliminating the need for technical support, we strongly recommend that you download and install these updates.
It is also possible to submit questions/issues by e-mail to the support@powerling.com address, with a very high level of detail. Although the response time isn't guaranteed for these free services, enquiries are generally processed within 48 hours. Only the holders of technical support contracts can benefit from a priority service with a guaranteed response time.
