Paying services

In addition to the free services mentioned above, the technical support contract guarantees the following services:

  • Technical assistance by telephone and email within a maximum 4 hour response time, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12am and 2pm to 6pm
  • Response time: 4 hours maximum
  • Dedicated email address: support@powerling.com
  • Email communications with ATRIL's new offers (promotions and free updates)
